Overview
What is Chance AI?
Chance is a visual AI agent that helps people understand the world through their camera. With each snap, the app turns curiosity into understanding, translating a single glance into cultural, historical, and personal context.
My Role
As the Product & Motion Designer on a four-person team, I worked on the redesign flow in Figma and created motion graphics to highlight key features.
CHALLENGE #1
How to form the memory functions for users as they snap more images?

CHALLENGE #2
How to improve the waiting experience for users?

CHALLENGE #3
How to make users want to share their discoveries to social media?

DESIGN APPROACH
Reimagining Memory, Loading & Sharing as One Experience
Instead of treating these as three separate design challenges, we approached the redesign by unifying memory, loading, and sharing, emphasizing on Chance's visual-forward philosophy and creating an experience that feels engaging, personal, and worthy of sharing with others.

SOLUTION #1
Visual Theme Collections reflects Personal Visual Identity

SOLUTION #2
Visual-Forward Loading Animation adds more fun

SOLUTION #2
